Hospital Management System Project Class 12 Python Pdf
Hospital Management System using Python and Sqlite3 is used for database connectivity, this project will manage the patient details with hospital management task, it is secure system user have can’t access this software without login details, when the new patient came it will store the details of patient with their health details, it will store each detail in database. So, if user want to search that particular patient, then they can search through patient id or name. If that patient is in critical condition and have to admit in ICU then user have to fill the details of ICU Details. If the doctor is already filled with other patient, then he can make the new patient on appointment. This system also store the staff details with name, address and phone number, etc.
Features of Hospital Management System in Python with Database Connectivity :-
1. Login Page:- If user have to use this software then he must enter the credential i.e username and password, then click on login button after that system will gave access to home page and other functionality.
2. Logout Page:- Logout Button is there in Login page if user don’t have credential then they can click on logout button so they can’t access software without credential.
3. Patient Registration:- Whenever new patient comes in hospital then software will fill details of patient who came. Software will kept record of patient like: Patient Id, Name, Gender, Age, Phone No, Address, Disease, Check In, Blood Group, Doctor Name, Room No, etc. These all details of patient will store in database so this same patient again comeback then user can easily fetch details from database.
4. Registration Information:- In this page the patient registration details will shows in that particular page, it fetch all details from database and show, user can also filter out details with Id or Name. Update and Delete option also there in that particular page.
5. Patient Admit:- In this section whenever patient is in critical condition and they have to admit then all those details will be filled with Patient Registration Details and Room Information and Doctor Name.
6. Admit Information:- In this admit info page when the patient goes on admit section then all details shown in that particular page so user can search patient details with their respective name and id. user can delete and update the patient details.
7. Doctor Registration:- This software will also store the information of doctor or staff members in hospital and generate a unique id for every staff member. Like it will store the staff id, name, gender, position, department, mail id, salary, phone no., address
8. Staff Information:- This section will fetch all staff details and show all details and user can easily fetch by name, id and there is option of update and delete option.
9. Billing:- This is the most important feature of this project, it will store the bill details and generate receipt. This software will store details of Id, Name, Gender, Age, Disease, Phone, Address, Doctor Name, Doctor Charges, Lab Test, Treatment Charges, Procedure Charges, Other Charges, Miscellaneous Charges, Room Charges, etc.
10. Appointment:- In this section doctor can appoint any patient with Appointment No, Name, Gender, Age, Phone No., Address, Time, Date.
