COVID Vaccination Registration System using Python
This project developed using python programming language and tkinter is user for creating graphical user interface. COVID Vaccination Registration is used in clinic and hospital for register the patient details with their health status and their database stored in software and user can access this particular software using correct credential. data stored in sqlite3 database.
COVID Vaccination Registration System replace the pen paper work, this software is easy to use and time saving system. user can easily fetch details by just searching with patient name, id or phone number. This software is fully secured because user have to first enter credential to use this project. Currently this project is used for academic or university project purpose, this is not develop for real-time uses.
Project Functionality of Hospital Management System using Python:-
1. First we have to run python script in terminal or command prompt.
2. Login page will open once the code run and user have to enter crediential with username and password. Logout button is to logout from software.
3. Once successfully login, home page will open with menu options:-
i). PCR Screening Registration:- In this step user have to enter the patient details to register patient in software records.
Details have to enter like: patient id, name. gender, age, phone, address, disease, check in, blood group, doctor name, room no., appointment date, etc.
ii). PCR Screening Records: It will kept the records of patient registration and fetch the records from database. User can search details from patient Id, name,etc.
iii). Update PCR Records: In this step user can update the patient details from registration section.
iv). Enter Test Results: In this step user have to provide the status of patient as they have Covid or Normal including patient name and phone number.
v). COVID-19 Test Results: In this step this window will save record of COVID test result and search with id, name.
vi). Critical Patient Admit: In this step it will register patient details of admit and store in database. when the patient is in critical condition then it will shift to admit section.
vii). Update Patient Admit Record: In this section patient details can be easily update from this window.
viii). COVID-19 Patient Admit Record: It will kept the record of patient admit and fetch all the details from admit section from database.
ix). COVID-19 Special Staff Registration: User can enter the details of staff and it will store in database. It will store the staff id, name, gender, position, department, mail id, salary, phone no, ward number, etc.
x). COVID-19 Staff Wards: It will kept the record of staff ward and fetch details from database.
