Carbon Dioxide Emission Prediction using Machine Learning The Increasing rate of Carbon Emissions is considered as a major concern in most of the developing countries. Italy is the first where the evaluation of study on situation of CO2 emission in Italy. The study used descriptive methods. It focuses on finding main potential parameters that affect concentration of CO2 emission based on energy resources. To get prediction by machine learning algorithms will be applied. International and National literature, using global dataset and using data mining techniques.
We have taken a csv dataset for predicting carbon emission. then we are taking specific columns for training model, feature columns are engine size, cylinders, fuel consumption. Adn label column emission.
Then we are taking linear model to train the model. Once model is trained we are saving model in pickle format to use it in web app. Project is developed using python programming, For making web app we are using flask. We have two html page one for input where we give engine size, cylinders, fuel consumption in input and submit. This input is passed to the model we trained and saved and get the prediction on another html page. There is the prediction emission is more then 100 kg then suggestion will be shown to reduce the emission.
