Vehicle Speed Detection and Counting using OpenCV Python
In this project, we will detect vehicle and classify it accordingly like two wheeler, four wheeler, bus, car, truck, etc. and further this project will count the number of vehicle passed through it and simultaneously we will detect speed of vehicle. We used OpenCV ( a computer vision library) in Python. Vehicle Over Speed Detection and Extract Number from License Plate if they violates traffic rules. User have to upload any input video to software and this project will first detect the vehicle and simultaneously it will count the number of vehicle passing through that particular line, if the passing vehicle is over speeding then it will detect that particular vehicle and it will extract license plate from that vehicle and it will stored in database.
