COPD Disease Detection from Chest X-Rays using Machine Learning
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) is a respiratory ailment with persistent respiratory symptoms and it slowly decline in lung function due to restricted airflow. Airflow blocked from the lungs make breathing difficult and cause the presence of wheezing, coughing, heaviness in chest and shortness of breath. Early diagnosis may slow the progression of illness and save money on medical expenses.
The domain of artificial intelligence encompasses “machine learning”, which focuses on algorithm that can predict model. It focuses on mainly healthcare and clinical studies in recent years. In medical field lot of thing implemented using machine learning and artificial intelligence for accuracy and less of human combination.
Multiple Disease Classification using Machine Learning, this project is trained on multiple disease of CT-Scan images and the images dataset downloaded from kaggle, dataset included Bacterial Pneumonia, Corona Virus Disease, Normal, Tuberculosis and Viral Pneumonia, etc. First user have to collect the dataset of particular disease images and then have to write training script to train the model, once the model trained with ML algorithm then user can integrate that particular model with Graphical User Interface; where user can provide input of disease image and model will predict that particular disease from dataset. This project developed using python programming language and model is trained under machine learning algorithm. Django framework is used for Graphical User Interface, where user can upload image of disease and model can classify that particular disease.
