Eye Disease Prediction using Machine Learning

Eye Disease Prediction Project is integrated with web interface developed using Flask Python. First user have to register with their own details and then login with User Id and password. without credential user can’t take access of software. After login there is Home and About Us page. In About Us page, User details is placed in that web interface and one more option is for predict button where user have to provide input image and machine learning model is work in backend to predict that model.

Eye is the essential sensitive organ for vision function. Due to certain eye disease it might result in loss of vision, it is important to treat eye disease as soon as possible. Patient with their vision issues and it reduced quality of life. Cataracts or Bulging Eyes are example of eye disease. Early detection of eye disease can aid in proper treatment or at stop from further expansion or worsening.

Eye Diseaes Prediction project developed using machine learning and python programming language is used to develop it. The machine learning model is integrated with website which is created using flask for creating web interface. In this project user have to input of eye image and model will predict the certain diseaes in eye image using Inception algorithm. This model is trained on multiple classes of eye disease;

1. Bulging Eyes

2. Cataracts Eyes

3. Crossed Eyes

4. Healthy Eyes

5. Uveitis Eyes

Eye Disease Prediction with Neural Networks represents a crucial step towards early detection and prevention of various eye conditions. Leveraging the power of neural networks, this application analyzes medical images to identify signs of eye diseases, enabling timely intervention and treatment. By training on diverse datasets encompassing different eye conditions, the model achieves high accuracy in predicting diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. This project contributes to proactive eye care, improving outcomes for patients and reducing the impact of vision-related disorders. Machine Learning model is trained on above classes of eye disease dataset. whenever user gave the input of eye then model will predict and gave the disease output.
